EXPECTATIONS

We expect our worship team members to be passionately in love with Jesus motivated by humbled

hearts to serve! They should take our worship philosophy to heart as each volunteer on the team is one way our mission is carried out. This extends to

promptness, preparedness, ability, and execution.

We expect our worship team members to keep themselves accountable.

We expect our worship team members to practice what they preach and be living examples of what we sing every day in their life.

We expect our worship team members to serve with grace.

We expect our worship team members to make weekly practice a priority (when they are scheduled) and to arrive on time on Sunday mornings.

We expect our worship team members to demonstrate consistent attendance at the GCV on Sunday mornings even when they are not scheduled to play.

We expect our worship team members to seek out true biblical community through our GCV Life Groups.
